Answer: The white porcelain cup is 3.74 inches high and 2.9 inches in diameter

Question: Can you sublimate on the bottom of the mug?
Answer: Yes. These are sublimation series mugs so the special coating covers the entire mug. Sublimating the bottom would depend on what heat press machine you use.

Question: Is there anything printed on the bottom of the mug? If so, what is printed on the bottom?
Answer: Nothing.

Question: If I order the 36 quantity and there are a couple broken when received, will Apian send replacements or will I have to ship back the whole case?
Answer: 24 inches

Question: Are the mugs made in China?
Answer: yes the mugs are made in China ,but sold by Apian Printing.

Question: Does the lanyard lock where you want it to?
Answer: The lanyard does not lock when pulled out. It just retracts back to the original position.
